Bresaola, cheese and walnut rolls
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for 8 rolls:
- 60 g Bresaola Punta d’Anca Franchi
- 300 g fresh soft cheese
- Rocket
- Walnuts and pepper to taste
TO PREPARE
Arrange the slices of Bresaola Punta d’Anca Franchi on a cutting board. Spread over them the soft cheese, a sprinkle of pepper and some rocket leaves to taste. Wrap the slices to create the rolls and insert a walnut at each of the ends. Present the rolls on a bed of rocket.
