Baked asparagus with raw ham
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g of asparagus
- 100 g sliced Prosciutto di Parma PDO Franchi
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
TO PREPARE
Wash and trim the asparagus. Boil in hot salted water for about 10 minutes, drain and dunk them in cold water for a few seconds. Bunch the asparagus in groups of three or four, and wrap each bunch in a slice of Franchi Prosciutto. Arrange the bunches on an oven tray, drizzle with olive oil and season to taste. Bake at 180° degrees for about ten minutes, serve warm.
