Mocetta bovina is an historical product of our mountains, it is made with beef joist, spiced with mountain herbs and then aged in our cellars at controlled humidity and temperature. The flavours are delicate and aromatic.
This product has been added to the Italian Registry of Traditional Products (D. M. n. 350, 8-9-1999).
