Seasoned and aged lardo, a typical produce of Valsesia, spiced and aromatic according to tradition. The scent is really delicate: the sweet note in the flavour sets off the spices and herbs used in the curing.

This product has been added to the Italian Registry of Traditional Agri-products (D. M. n. 350, 8-9-1999).
