STEAM COOKED
A particularly pleasant and popular product which meat, mixed with the “humble” pork rind, become tasty and oozy. Made with a mix of different cuts (neck, cheek, shoulder and head) adding salt and spices. The casing made with the whole rind of a pig’s foot. It’s brilliant pink colour and firm consistency make this a unique type of cured meat.
