Salame Gavotta is a typical ham salami of our tradition, obtained from a certified and guaranteed supply chain and without the use of antibiotics from the birth of the piglet. It is a lean salami, low in salt which, thanks to the contribution of microclimate of our valley and a slow aging, achieves a distinctive taste. It is flavoured with an infusion of wine from our lands, and with fine wines spices that make its taste unique.
