January 17th is a very important anniversary for us.
It marks the first 100 years of our company — a milestone that makes us even prouder of our past.

100 years ago, on January 17th, 1924 in Grignasco, the young Francesco Franchi began his business of slaughtering and producing fresh sausages.
We’ve certainly come a long way together since then!
But our passion for this craft and the care we put into our salumi have never faded.

Today, just as yesterday, we proudly see ourselves as interpreters of the Italian art of charcuterie and of quality.
Our salumi, in Italy and abroad, continue to win over the palates of both old and new generations.
And together with all of them, we already feel like protagonists of the future.
