History and tradition

Piedmont, birthplace of slow-food and good cuisine, is one of the Italian regions that has the oldest tradition of salumeria, the craft of preserving and curing meats, passed on from generation to generation trough old family recipes.

From this time-honoured knowledge, using simple and natural methods, the best quality raw materials and constant innovation and research, come the typical products of today’s Salumeria Piemontese; still gracing our tabes now as they did decades ago, still pleasing the palate of those who enjoy good food while being health conscious.
